We’re looking for motivated, committed, and enthusiastic volunteers to help make this annual event a success.

We need year-round volunteers to assist with planning and organization, as well as event-only volunteers available to help during the festival, held Wednesday–Saturday after Labor Day in downtown Olathe.

Committees include:

Arts & Crafts Booths, Auto Show, Commercial Booths,

Electrical, Entertainment, Food Booths, 

Gab Fest, Grounds, Historian, Information Booth,

Parade, Photography, Police/Safety/Traffic, Programs & Publications,

Public Relations/Social Media/Website,

Registration, Sponsorship, Then & Now Slideshow, Volunteer Groups
