Complete Digital Forms: Fill in your personal and business information on our new digital forms for the Auto Show, Commercial Booth, or Sponsorships.
Submit the Form: Once completed, simply hit the “Submit” button. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
Download and Mail Paper Application: Click the “Download Application” button for Arts and Crafts, Parade, and Food Booths. These will need to be mailed into our offices.

The 2025 Arts & Crafts Booth, Food Booth and Parade applications will only be via paper application and will need to be completed by mail.
We are in the process of transitioning all our forms to digital applications, we expect that by 2026 we will have all forms in digital.
ONLY Johnson County not-for-profit organizations should apply for Food Booths. All others will be denied.
