Food Booths

The food booths are all run by not-for-profit organizations in Johnson County.  Enjoy their food, while supporting them! They are located along the curb on South Cherry between Santa Fe and Park in downtown Olathe.

If you are a Johnson County non-profit interested in participating, please note details below:

• Fee: $400 per space. (max of three available for purchase)  
• Each vendor is allowed 1 specialty item that no other vendor will be allowed to sell.
• You must also provide Johnson County Old Settlers Association with a $1,000,000 general liability policy for your organization.  If you do not have such insurance, you may purchase it from our Insurance carrier for $125.00 for the event.
