At Johnson County Old Settlers, every bite supports a cause! All of our delicious food booths are proudly run by nonprofit organizations right here in Johnson County. That means when you indulge in your festival favorites—funnel cakes, BBQ, nachos, fresh-squeezed lemonade and more—you’re also giving back to the local groups that make our community stronger.
So come hungry, eat happy, and support the amazing missions behind every meal.

Interested in setting up a booth?
- Fee: $400 per space. (max of three available for purchase)
- Must be a Johnson County non-profit
- Each vendor is allowed 1 specialty item that no other vendor will be allowed to sell.
- You must also provide Johnson County Old Settlers Association with a $1,000,000 general liability policy for your organization. If you do not have such insurance, you may purchase it from our Insurance carrier for $125.00 for the event.
All 2025 Food Booth spaces are full.
