At Johnson County Old Settlers, every bite supports a cause! All of our delicious food booths are proudly run by nonprofit organizations right here in Johnson County. That means when you indulge in your festival favorites—funnel cakes, BBQ, nachos, fresh-squeezed lemonade and more—you’re also giving back to the local groups that make our community stronger.
So come hungry, eat happy, and support the amazing missions behind every meal.

Interested in setting up a booth?
- COST: $400 for 15'x10' outdoor space (max of three available for purchase)
- Must be a Johnson County non-profit.
- Each vendor is allowed 1 specialty item that no other vendor will be allowed to sell.
- Spaces are first come first serve.
- Electricity is provided (15amp total). Vendors are responsible for providing their own power cords.
- Proof of $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance is required and must name Johnson County Old Settlers Association, Inc. as a certificate holder. If unable to provide evidence of insurance coverage, Vendor shall pay Johnson County Old Settlers Association, Inc. a liability insurance user fee of $125.
- All Federal, State and Local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Tax packets will be provided at the event.
