Interested in setting up a booth?

• COST:  $495 for 10'x10' outdoor space (max of three available for purchase)  
• Spaces are first come first serve.
• Only 1 franchisee is allowed to participate. 
• Proof of $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance is required and must name Johnson County Old Settlers Association, Inc. as a certificate holder.  If unable to provide evidence of insurance coverage, Vendor shall pay  Johnson County Old Settlers Association, Inc. a liability insurance user fee of $125.
• Electricity is provided (15amp total). Vendors are responsible for providing their own power cords.
• All Federal, State and Local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Tax packets will be provided at the event.
