Come and enjoy some of the best HANDMADE crafts in the country. We have crafters from all over the country converge on Olathe for three days of crafting and fun! Booths will be located on South Cherry street between Park and Loula.

- COST: $200.00 for 10 x 10 outdoor space (max of 2 available for purchase)
- Spaces still available are first come first serve.
- Electricity is provided.
- A General Liability Insurance Policy in the amount of $1,000,000 is required, naming Johnson County Old Settlers as a Certificate Holder. Our carrier will offer a policy to those vendors who do not have insurance at a cost of $100.00 for most vendors.

The Parade is the kickoff for Saturday's events. After the parade you can enjoy food, fun and entertainment that is located right off the parade route.
The Parade route will be as follows; It begins at the intersection of KANSAS and LOULA. From there, it travels EAST to Water and then NORTH to PARK. It will then head EAST and end at BUCHAN

Prior to the parade, beginning at 7:00 am the side roads will be shut down to clear the area for the parade & assembling of the entries. *Access to the garage will be shut down by 8:00 am for the Parade and then reopen immediately afterwards.
This is rain or shine event. HOWEVER, IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, lightening or high winds, PLEASE GO TO OUR FACEBOOK PAGE FOR UPDATES!

This darling event is held Thursday eve at 6 p.m. on the main stage.
- Participants will be asked a few questions, such as "what was your favorite thing about summer," and be awarded points on a scale of sweet, sweeter, sweetest.
- Participants are encouraged to show their personal style - from sundresses to sports gear to fairy princesses and superheroes.
- There is no talent portion to this event.
- Participants must be 6 years old on the day of the event.
- Winners will ride in the Old Settlers’ Day Parade held Saturday morning. Parents will be emailed more info prior to the event.
Note: There is a $35 application fee. Proceeds are used to fund OJSL service projects and scholarships.
